Calf Massage will benefit the athletes, weekend warriors, and those who wear heels or stand a lot for their profession. (Chefs and Massage Therapist to name a few.)
1) Have the receiver lay face down on the floor.
2) Pick up one of the receiver’s leg and sit right next to the receiver. Rest the receiver’s foot on your shoulder. (Receiver, please do a favor for the giver and make sure the foot is clean!)
3) Weave the fingers to make a basket. Squeeze the receiver’s calf with the base of palms as you circle up and down. To increase pressure squeeze tighter and use upper body motion to create more momentum. To reduce the pressure open the weaved hands.
